End of year reflection

This year i was a better person by being focus and being independent. I tried to get better at spring maths.This year I learned how to count in 2’s, 10’s, and 20’s. An important decision is trying to be independent and a sensible person.

Term 4 Week 6

The Athletics day
Paragraph 1: On Wednesday i went to lloyds elsmore for the Athletics day, We got the whole day of school witch was awesome.

Paragraph 2: When we got there i was a bit scared because i thought i was going to lose but when Mrs adamsin told us don't be all sad if you come last because you presenting EPS.


Paragraph 3: first the 400 meters went and Ellie was in it. finally the 60 meters was on and that was me and Chloe. I think i was in the first row for it? Then the gun went and we ran off, Then i was at the end and i came 4th. Then Chloe went and she came either 4th or 6th.

Paragraph 4: Then the 100 meters was on, Me and Chloe were in it and we got confused because we did not know where to go, then we asked Jessica and she said over there so we went over there and got ready. I was the 3rd row and i was in Chloe's lane, Boom the gun went and the 1st schools went and the person in my lane came 1st. Then the 2nd gun went Chloe and other schools ran to the end, Chloe came last. Then the 3rd gun went and i was doing it with other school and i came 2ND, when the man came up to me i was just like what is he doing in my head, he gave me a 2nd place laminated thing then i gave it to a lady. I was in the final. We walked over there and we were first to go but we got a false start so we got a rest. Then we were last and i came 2nd to last.

Paragraph 5: Then we went in the bus and went back to school and we got changed. Then we were wondering were the class was and we checked in the auditorium and they were there so we went in to join them. Then we got our backs and went home. THE END!!!

 My Reflection
I am learning to write a fractured fairy tale. I had to write a fairy tale made up. My Partner was Emma N, We had to write a fairy tale, My next is to write my own fractured fairy tale.

Term 4 Week 6

My Charlotte Shopping Day 
Paragraph 1: On Sunday we went out for our Charlotte shopping day, we went to 3 places the 1st was rebel sports the 2nd was Hannah's the 3rd was Pakn'save, we went there because my sports shoes were to small and my school shoes break all the time and mum's netball popped.

Paragraph 2: At rebel sports we were looking for quite along time for sports shoes. We were looking for sports shoes because my other sport shoes did not fight at all and they were really small. Lachlan lily and my dad and mum were helping me until i found these really cool shoes. The really cool shoes i found were asics and they were purple and blue and purple lases also zig zags and white and black at the bottom of the shoe.

Paragraph 3: After looking for sports shoes we went looking for a for a netball because our pink ball popped so i was looking for one and i could chose because i asked my mum if i could and so i saw a silver fern ball and my mum said when i picked it up she said do you think the patterns on it are a bit to ugly i was just like NO and so we got it.

Paragraph 4: Then we went to the counter and i put them on and it was $120 i was just like that's expensive and i looked at my mum and she looked at me and said "look after them" and i said "i will try to" and then she laughed.


Paragraph 5: After shopping at rebel sports we all went to Hanna's we were looking for sandels because my 4 or 3 other sandels broke so then mum found these ones and said "why not have these ones" "okay" i said. So we went to the counter and bought the shoes.

Paragraph 6: Then we went to pakn'save and got grossires. We got strawberries a little present for someone witch is the 4th person in the family and fruit, vegtebals and other stuff. Then after shopping we went to the counter and bought it i think it was $241.\

Sharks Swimming

My Swimming Reflection

We have been doing swimming for 5 weeks so far this is the video of my swimming, 

we were doing free style I am proud because it looks amazing. I have never seen myself swim. This is what i look like when I swim I see my mouth slightly out of the water, I also see nice long arms that are stretched out I like doing swimming in school I cant wait to do it next year.

My Reflection: I was learning to write a fairy tale. First i  had to watch a video called: sleeping beauty.  i thought it was just like the other one because the link was in lesson 2. My Next step is to write my own narrative.

Term 4 Week 5

Wining The house!!!
Paragraph 1: On Friday when i got home from 4 square dad came home and went in the kitchen and my nana asked if he went to the auction for gosford drive, he tricked us he said " oh no!! i forgot to go to the auction" then my mum came in and said " we forgot to go because we won the house"

Paragraph 2: We started to jumping up and down, my nana could not get up because of here hip?? we were so happy we won the house.

Paragraph 3: We only got it for 830 dollars, we super super happy we won it because there is a forest and a park by our new house. We were finding a house because Lachlan did not get in pukaranga college.

Fractured fairy tale

 My Reflection: I was learning to write a narrative. First I had to watch a video, read some examples and think about fairy tales I know. Next I had to complete a writing frame to generate my ideas. I thought it was interesting because it made me think really deeply about what makes a story interesting and how to hook a reader in. I liked the framework as it let me put my thoughts in a clear order and helped me know what to put into my narrative as a whole. After I had generated my ideas I had to create the introduction to the narrative. I chose to share my learning by completing the logical order activity.  I thought it was easy after I read the information about the structure of a narrative. My next step is to use what I have learnt to write my own narrative.

Term 4 Week 4

Getting Player Of The Day!!:
Paragraph 1: Yesterday after school i went netball. When i got to my team and me started running to the fence and to the other fence at the end and run back again, After that we played this game (when someone is in the middle, they throw to the person and then the person throws back and the person in the middle. The person in the middle has to throw it to the other person and keep on doing that.

Paragraph 2: After the game my team started playing a little game of netball to practice, First i was center then i think i was ether attack or defence then we went to find our court, then we got in our positions i was center 1st, i think in the fist half we got 5 points and i think they got 1 point. then i was off the 2nd half. In the 3rd half i hurt my leg so i went to tell my coach and then she said to my mum's friend charlotte hurt here leg, so then i went off.

Paragraph 3: On the 4th half i went back on because my leg is better, i was attack this half we got 10 or 6 goals? We won and the other team lost. We got 1 lollipops at the end of the game, some of the players got 2 like i did. We were doing player of the day today and 2 people got player of the day 1 was Conny 2 was Charlotte witch was me.

Paragraph 4: I was really excited when i got player of the day i didn't get a trophy but i got free Pita Pete. It was fun and awesome doing netball.

Determining Cedibility

My Reflection:

I have been learning to do a task called Determining Credibility.  So what you have to do for this task is you have 2 pieces of writing and you have 2 different questions for each piece of writing and you can only answer by highlighting the words YES or NO.  I enjoyed doing this activity because I have never done this before.

We are learning about balanced or biased article this is my follow up this article is about why dark chocolate is good for you. It was hard to think of and article, my next step is to write and think about more articles.

Term 4 Week 3

                        Walking Buddha
On Wednesday after school we kept on checking if she was their so we could walk the dog, after half and hour she arrived and me and lily came up and knocked on her door and we said "Can we walk buddha" Buddha is a girl and she is very cute after we got the leash and put it on her collar lily started walking her down the foot path. We crossed the road to Megan ave i started walking her and she did 3 poops on the grass and 3 wee's. then when we got to the ally way we swooped so lily got her turn, Buddha ran allot. once we got up the ally way we swooped again then we kept on swopping until we got up la Trobe we saw another dog so i ran until we go far away from they dog. When we got to Ennies  ave i got my turn and i hold Buddha, i gave Buddha back to Duke, then we went back home and got ready for net ball.
  

Fact or Opinion Follow up

My Reflection
I was learning to understand  people's opinions, It was Hard to understand people's opinions but  it was easy to understand the Facts. My next step is to understand the opinions.   

Term 4 Week 2

Last week on a warm friday me Lachlan and Lily went to Waipu/Up North, My mum packed but she only gave us like 1 pair of clothes. When my nana and me, lily and Lachlan, we got in the car i started reading EJ12 Safari Secret, I fell asleep at about 3:30 or 4:30, then i woke up we where about half way to my Nana's and Poppa's house.

In the morning on Saturday we saw Diana with the cows and calfs we also saw here dog called jock, one of the cows nearly came up to us but when diana said i'm going back up to the house, then me and lily raced up to the house. They have 3 sheep which is awesome there names are Roy, Moss and Jennifer, Moss and Roy's mum died so Jennifer looks after them. On Saturday we get to shear and wash Jennifer, it was really fun washing her, we did not get to shear her only Diana got to, It was funny Watching Jennifer getting sheared.

On Sunday we were going to leave at about 1:00 or 2:00, Me and lily went to this mini forest it was fun at the mini forest it has some plops in it because on friday the cows were in it. I drawed a picture when we were washing and watching Jennifer getting shaved, i glued some of the wool to my picture, for lunch we had frankfurters. When we were leaving we went to Pakn'save to get stuff for the dinner at Heather's house, when we got to Heather's house me and lily saw 2 dogs called Jess and Rufus they were really cute, she had geckos, chickens, 1 horse, 1 donkey, hogs. 

Me and lily were training Rufus and it was really fun we were saying sit, lay, if we tapped on the deck he would come i tried to make him roll over and jump but he could not. We finally had dinner for dinner we had roasted eggs from the chickens, Steak, lamb chops and some Veges after that we had napoliam ice cream. We went back in the car we got lost a bit, we were folling my poppa in the blue car, we were half way home, then we were in the high-way... WE WERE HOME!!!!

When i got home i had a shower then i went to bed i was tired.

Fact Finding in Non-Fictoin Texts

My Reflection
I was learning to use 5W questions to help me find the main ideas in the articles. i used this Info to write a summaries of the articles. i thought it was difficult to find some of the facts because i had tp infer some of the answers i was easy to write the summary because it was just putting my notes into secantses. My next step is to practice more at finding the main ideas.

Term 4 Week 1

On Saturday I went to my friend Tayla's House.

When i first got there we played tiger fight, for dinner we had BK i had a stunner meal, i had a cheese burger, chocolate sundae and for my drink we had L&P. 

We watched a movie called Prince of Persia witch are one of my favorite movies now. 

We stayed up till 4:00, we felt really tired so we went to bed at 4:01. 

In the morning Tayla's mum Amy git up at either 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00. We had breakfast at lunchtime we had cereal, for the cereal we had nutagrain, also we had pancakes. 

We watch Prince of Persia again, when my dad came to pick me up me and Tayla were making pancakes but when my dad said i could stay i bit longer. 

After the movie we played a game when i was a girl and Tayla was a dog, and i really wanted to buy Tayla for the dog but the predant mum said no your buying this one, witch was the toy dog.

For dinner we had fish n' chips, i had chips and a burger.

for the movie we watch Annie, the movie was neally done but my mum came.

I went at 6:00, i still had my burger but i did not finish it.

It was REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY FUN at Tayla's house.
