I have been learning about explanation writing writing tells about how something works. I found the quiz a bit hard because i knew some questions but not all of them. My next step is to write my own explanation.
I was learning to identify different points of view in a story. First i had to read and record ideas from the story into a pros and cons table. I thought it was a bit difficult to find ideas from the book.

In room 28/29 we have been doing different type of learning. We get to choose what we want to do and when we want to do the activity. There are 17 tasks to do there are SSR, Reading follow up, Library, Mathletics for 20 minutes, Basic Facts, Fractions, Recount, Explain activity, Handwriting, Spelling. I have done all my task for the activity.

On Tuesday 21th of July room 28/29 went to go planting behind the field at the reserve.
We had to go in buddies i went with Chloe, we planted the Toi-toi, flax and cabbage tree.
After we dug the hole we had to
test if it was deep enough we had to put this pellet that will make the plant grow faster, it was called a
fertiliser pellet. There were rocks and clay when you dug your hole We used a shovel to dig the hole, the other peoples name where Anna, Paul and Carl.
We were learning to compare the main characters from a story we read. I found this a bit tricky because it was to compare them. My next step is to look for more key words or phrases in the text to help me.
